Ok so I'm really terrible at introducing myself, but giving it a go anyways x)
You can call me Kasterborous (and you are welcome to shorten that to Kaster, but not Kas, because I have a friend named Cas and yeah that'd be weird for me), or you can call me Jaime/Jay which works equally well, if not better since it's been a while since I've been on a roleplay forum which didn't require your name and your character's name to be the same and so it's been a fair amount of time since I've had a proper alias and not just gone by the name of one of my characters. At any rate, you aren't going to be trying to get my attention in a crowded street so anything goes, really.
I ramble a lot, in case that wasn't clear.
I'm nineteen and Canadian, I'm a first year college student enrolled in an art program and hoping to get into animation eventually. I like art (in case that wasn't clear), television shows, dogs, caffeinated beverages, snow, superheroes, bow ties, and various other odds and ends. I'm kind of a difficult person to sum up, I think. I kind of alternate, personality wise, between being borderline irritatingly hyper and happy and infinitely talkative (i.e. now hello), being sullen and a bit of a loner and making excellent use of my angry-shaped eyebrows, and being all calm and cool and relaxed. As far as music goes I like instrumental/film score, indie, and a bit of classic rock, as well as basically anything that ever appeared on the television show Weeds. I also like fantasy and science fiction stuff. I have a nearly encyclopaedic knowledge of the series of novels A Song of Ice and Fire.
I also hate writing introductions, because 99% of the time I write them I look back on them later and think 'what asshat wrote that pile of crap' so that's a thing also.
I've been roleplaying off and on since about 2006 or so, back when I wasn't technically old enough to join forums and I'd roleplay bad wolf characters on Neopets (I've come a long way, don't worry). Ah, I think that's about it...uh...hello!
